You carry real responsibility—at work, at home, and in the lives you lead. Yet even THE MOST capable men can find themselves shaped by unexamined beliefs and inherited patterns rather than deliberate conviction. The Wake is for leaders who want to take full responsibility for every area of life, confront what is shaping them, and return with clarity, order, and the resolve to take ground for the Kingdom of God.
Invaluable feedback from high level coaches
Transformed beliefs that reshape how you see and decide

The Cost of Avoiding Responsibility
You’ve watched it happen—capable men who drifted, lost clarity, and became strangers to their own families. And if you’re honest, you know the warning: keep leading this way, and one day the question won’t be what went wrong, but why you didn’t take responsibility sooner.
If Not You, Who Will Stand?
You can feel the leadership void in the culture—confusion where conviction should be. The gap isn’t talent or opportunity; it’s responsibility left unclaimed. If not you, who will stand and take responsibility for the ground God has entrusted to you?
You Still Have Work to Do
You’ve built and achieved—but the greater frontier is faithful stewardship of what God has entrusted to you. Mastery is the daily decision to submit your leadership to Christ and lead in a way that makes a Kingdom impact.
YOU've built at a cost
You weren’t always like this. You once led with an eternal focus and presence, but distractions hardened into habits. Now you may be building something impressive while quietly neglecting what matters most at home.
WHEN MEN CHOOSE COMFORT OVER CALLING
This work is not theoretical. It confronts the beliefs shaping how you lead and demands action where responsibility has been deferred. We do this work in the four arenas where leadership is either proven or exposed — Faith, Family, Body, and Business. As belief is corrected and action is ordered, clarity replaces confusion and your life is brought into alignment with the weight of what God has entrusted to you.

The Wake is a three-day transformational experience for leaders who carry real responsibility and refuse to remain shaped by unexamined beliefs. This is not an escape from life or leadership—it is an intentional pause to confront what has been ordering your decisions, realign belief with conviction, and take full responsibility across faith, family, body, and business. Below you’ll find answers to common questions about the experience, what to expect, and how to prepare for the work ahead.
The Wake is designed for men who carry real responsibility—entrepreneurs, executives, business owners, husbands, fathers, and leaders in their communities—who know something is shaping them beneath the surface and are ready to confront it. This is not for men seeking motivation or relief; it’s for those willing to take ownership of every area of life.
Most leadership events focus on skills, tactics, or inspiration. The Wake begins deeper—at belief. We address what is ordering your decisions before moving to how you lead, because lasting change only occurs when belief and action are aligned. This approach has produced clear, measurable shifts for every man who has committed to the work, making The Wake unlike any other leadership training on the market—formative, demanding, and effective.
You will examine the beliefs, assumptions, and patterns shaping your leadership—often unconsciously—and bring them into alignment with conviction and responsibility. This work unfolds through intense introspection, physical challenge, classroom teaching, and collaborative feedback with other participants and coaches, all grounded in real decisions across faith, family, body, and business.
Men leave with greater clarity, internal alignment, and a renewed sense of responsibility. This shows up practically as deeper intimacy in their marriages, stronger presence and connection with their children, improved integration between work and life, greater confidence to lead decisively where responsibility had been deferred—and a move from isolation into the gift of committed brotherhood and community.
Highly practical. The Wake is designed so insight immediately translates into action. Men leave with clarity around specific decisions, reordered priorities, and concrete next steps across faith, family, body, and business. Because the work addresses belief first, the changes that follow are not short-lived—they are sustainable and embodied in daily leadership at home, at work, and in relationships.
Men who attend The Wake are serious about responsibility and growth. They are entrepreneurs, executives, business owners, husbands, and fathers who value depth over noise and formation over performance. They are thoughtful, disciplined, and willing to be challenged — men who are not looking to be rescued, but to be sharpened alongside others who take leadership seriously.
Faith is foundational to The Wake and central to the mission of I Must Stand - To call leaders to take territory for the Kingdom of God by asserting new possibilities. We submit every area of life to Christ’s authority—not as a spiritual exercise, but so that His Kingdom might be made visible through ordered leadership. Scripture, prayer, and theological reflection shape the work, guiding belief and action across faith, family, body, and business.
The Wake is not an endpoint—it is an initiation into ongoing formation and responsibility. Men leave with clear next steps and the opportunity to continue the work through coaching, community, and further training within I Must Stand, including The Courageous Collective. The aim is sustained formation, accountability, and faithful leadership over time—not a momentary experience, but a life ordered for lasting Kingdom impact.
